As a Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol in Reno, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech and media locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity or potential threats within a technology-focused environment and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors with security-related inquiries and directions as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports for management review.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site staff to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
