As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a hotel and resort location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service while upholding our company's values of agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity through teamwork and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel and/or resort location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while on duty.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to observe any unusual or suspicious behavior.
• Assist guests, visitors, and staff with directions and general information as needed.
• Document and report security-related incidents and observations according to site procedures.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
