As a Security Officer - Distribution Patrol Full-Time in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for staff and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide exceptional customer service while communicating with team members. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior within the logistics and distribution environment.
• Document and report observations, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
