Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer, where you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic retail location. This role involves remaining highly visible, engaging with the public, and providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrance and exit points to help to deter theft and unauthorized access within the premises.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, following established protocols.
• Remain visible and approachable to assist customers, staff, and visitors as needed while maintaining a security-related presence.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and Allied Universal policies while carrying a firearm as part of assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A current Level III armed certification is required for positions in Texas only.
• Applicants must be able to ride a bike.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
