As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to support a secure environment, and offering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and property management to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
• Document all activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Assist with access control and visitor management procedures as directed by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
