As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate environment, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unwanted behavior and report any suspicious activity.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and daily activities as required by site procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities when necessary, including guiding occupants and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as directed.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and/or visitors to address questions and provide information as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
