What You'll Do:

• Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within the food and beverage facility.
• Provide customer service by responding to questions and concerns from personnel, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, adapting to the unique needs of a food and beverage environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as necessary according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to observe for any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and actions taken during shifts, maintaining accurate and thorough records as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, following established guidelines for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
