As a Security Officer in Westlake, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer in a financial institution location, you will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring assigned areas and assisting visitors or employees as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Document observations and report security-related incidents or irregularities as required by site procedures.
• Assist with access control and visitor management as outlined by location protocols.
• Participate in emergency response activities as appropriate for the location, including assisting with evacuations or other site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to ride a bike.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and first aid training is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
