You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned location and its perimeter, observing for suspicious activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any security-related concerns, hazards, or unusual activity according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verifying credentials and authorizations as required by site-specific procedures.
• Support law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed during incidents at the location.
• Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken during the shift in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Carry and maintain proficiency with assigned firearms and related equipment, complying with all applicable regulations and Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Have at least six months of experience in armed security, law enforcement, and/or military roles.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
