As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, observations, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency personnel as required in response to incidents or emergencies.
• Remain alert and attentive while carrying a firearm, following all applicable regulations and Allied Universal protocols for armed personnel.
• Assist visitors and employees with inquiries or directions, providing a helpful presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Retired or Current Law enforcement or retired corrections is required. 
• A valid armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid concealed carry weapons permit is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
