As a Security Officer - Facility Patrol Driver in Greene, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe conditions within the location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.
• Document observations and incidents according to company and client protocols.
• Liaise with facility staff, visitors, and/or contractors to provide information and guidance as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Assist with access control measures and visitor management processes as required by site procedures.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency response activities or drills at the manufacturing and industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
