What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while maintaining professional composure.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter of the financial institution to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity or security-related concerns and report findings to the appropriate personnel.
• Enforce access control procedures and verify the identification of individuals entering restricted areas.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and patrol activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuation or lockdown procedures, as directed by management or law enforcement.
• Interact with employees, visitors, and/or clients in a courteous and professional manner, providing information and assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
