As a Security Officer - Financial Patrols in Portland, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct regular patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence supports a secure environment for clients and visitors, while your exceptional customer service and communication skills foster a welcoming atmosphere. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within financial institution locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for employees and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding observed issues, incidents, or maintenance needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of activities, observations, and incidents as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
