As a Security Officer - Patrol Access Control in Santa Ana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication to all personnel. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior and perimeter areas.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions within the location to help to deter potential security-related issues.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and patrols according to company and client requirements.
  • Adhere to all Allied Universal and client guidelines while performing duties in a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
