As an Access Control Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain authorized access to the location.
• Verify credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises, adhering to site-specific policies and procedures.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the warehouse and perimeter to observe and report any security-related concerns.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and irregularities according to company and client requirements.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure and orderly environment within the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
