As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol Response in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a secure environment, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the auto facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe for any unusual conditions.
• Monitor the premises for security-related concerns and report any incidents or irregularities according to established protocols.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding security-related matters as required.
• Support access control procedures by observing entry and exit points and assisting with visitor management as directed.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
