What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential risks.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior.
• Assist employees and visitors with security-related inquiries and provide clear guidance as needed.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders during incidents as necessary.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential threats and promote a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Act 235 qualification is required for positions in Pennsylvania.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
