As a Security Officer - Medical Center Patrol Driver in Temecula, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. This driving post requires you to conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential disruptions.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities as directed by site procedures.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and greeting visitors as needed.
  • Support healthcare staff and visitors by providing information or directions and addressing security-related concerns.
  • Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
