What You'll Do:
Ensure serviceability and accountability of all GSOC equipment and software
• Extensive knowledge of access control systems, CCTV operation and maintenance of electronic security systems
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the use of internet, open source searches, human intelligence gathering, email, word processing, database programs and specialized software systems
• Analyst must be flexible and available to work outside normal shift schedule on an as-needed basis
• Coordinate effort as required to ensure that overall GSSBCM mission is achieved
• Incident management and appropriate escalation of incidents to senior leadership
• Responsible for maintaining specific awareness of domestic and international risks
• Global incident reporting
• Proactively search all available sources (e.g., GSOC tools, open source internet, physical security systems, etc.) for information and/or events that may impact Chubb employees, facilities, operations, systems, customers, or brand
• Liaise with partners at all appropriate geographic locations and organizational levels to determine the actual effects of potential threats
• Accounts for the wellbeing of company travelers in the affected area(s)
• Develop and distribute accurate, succinct, and timely incident communications in compliance with established escalation protocols
• Provide calm, composed support to incident response operations that may be fast-paced and dynamic following natural disasters and/or man-made emergencies
• Maintain global situational awareness throughout incident response operations
• Send mass-communications messages to employees regarding operational changes such as office closures, delayed openings, or other pertinent information
• Provide input into weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Provide written and verbal feedback about program effectiveness, including ideas for program improvements
• Ensure all systems are functioning properly
• Provide shift oversight of personnel to ensure compliance with rules and regulations and to meet expectations of executive leadership
• Ensure effective response to, and management of, incidents, alarms, notifications, calls, and other activities related to operations
• Provide shift oversight of intelligence activities, including assigning priorities
• Maintain effective and forthright communications with reports as needed
• Ability to come into work on time, stay past regularly scheduled time to ensure all information is passed on correctly, and/or work on off days when necessary to ensure the center meets contractually obligated requirements per the client.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
