What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and patrons by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any suspicious behavior or hazards.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help to deter theft, disturbances, and/or other unwanted activity.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and security-related activities according to Allied Universal procedures.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or authorizations as required by site policies.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary to address incidents or emergencies at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
