What You'll Do:

  • Operate as a dispatcher, coordinating communication between security-related personnel and responding units within the aerospace and defense location.
  • Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and security-related systems to identify and report incidents or suspicious activities.
  • Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications as required by site-specific policies.
  • Assist in the implementation of emergency response protocols, relaying critical information to the appropriate teams and first responders.
  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by communicating security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting on-site personnel as needed.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to help coordinate responses to security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
  • Possess an armed guard card or license.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Handcuff, pepper spray, and baton certifications are preferred.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
