What You'll Do:

  • Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff at the front desk of the healthcare location, providing excellent customer service while following all security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and/or credentials as required, and help to deter unauthorized entry or activity.
  • Respond promptly and calmly to incidents and critical situations at the front desk, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific emergency response activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor and/or employee check-ins and check-outs, and document security-related incidents as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and emergency personnel to relay important information and coordinate responses to incidents.
  • Remain alert to potential security-related concerns within the immediate area of the front desk and report unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
