As a Security Officer - Weekdays Day Shift FT in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, you will conduct routine armed patrols and provide a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible security-related presence.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report any incidents or irregularities according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required during critical situations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols.
• Operate and maintain assigned security-related equipment and communication devices in accordance with company procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Act 235 qualification is required for positions in Pennsylvania.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
