As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Specialist in Stratford, CT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through regular visibility and thorough patrols. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct scheduled and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business interior and perimeter areas.
• Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report observations according to established protocols.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and helping to direct visitors or deliveries as required.
• Communicate and collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Complete required documentation, including incident and patrol reports, in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
