As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a commercial real estate location. This is a driving post, where you will remain visible, monitor assigned areas, and engage with individuals on site to provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior within the commercial real estate environment.
• Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal management and the client representative.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and other site-specific tasks as required by the location.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, guests, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
