As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Full-Time in Penns Grove, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
• Monitor for any unusual activity and report findings according to established protocols.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and observing entry and exit points as required by the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while performing security-related duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
