What You'll Do:

• Assist with access control procedures at the retail location, verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points for authorized personnel and visitors.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence at designated access control points.
• Provide customer service to clients and guests by following site-specific security-related procedures and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to observe and report any irregularities or security-related concerns.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations or other procedures outlined in site emergency plans.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
