As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols throughout a dynamic tech and media location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind. You will deliver exceptional customer service while monitoring assigned areas, responding to situations as they arise, and supporting a positive environment. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, observations, and incidents as required by site protocols.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and report concerns.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site representatives to support a secure environment within the technology, media, and telecom setting.
  • Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activities in a timely manner to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
