As a Security Officer - Auto Facility Entry Point in Claycomo, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer assigned to an access control post within an automotive location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns.
  • Document and report any suspicious activities, security-related breaches, or incidents according to site procedures.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address and resolve security-related matters as needed.
  • Remain alert and observant to help to deter potential risks or threats within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
  • At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
