Allied Universal® is hiring a Residential Concierge Associate. The Residential Concierge greets residents and visitors and provides a professional and welcoming environment at high profile residential client site.

Security Officer:  Afternoon Shift
Employment Type: Part Time
Starting Base Pay: $14.00 per hour
Workdays Available: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Shifts Available:  3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Hospital: Vaccines 
Must Have Great Customer Service Skills
Must Be Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer service, greet residents and guests to the residential complex in a welcoming and professional manner at all times
  • Direct food delivery personnel to the residential apartment
  • Accept packages as needed for residents or directs delivery to the correct apartment
  • Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security or safety hazards

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • High school diploma or Verifiable High School Diploma or GED (Certificates of Completion not acceptable)
  • As a condition of employment, applicant must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test and physical
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
  • Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new and customer-specific applications
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Customer service or hospitality experience in a residential community or hotel setting
