Job Description


As a Security Officer - Media Site Patrol Driver in Saint Charles, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions.
  • Monitor and report on activities within the premises, including access points, to help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior.
  • Assist with the implementation of security-related protocols and procedures specific to the tech, media, and telecom environment.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site representatives regarding any incidents, concerns, or observations during patrols.
  • Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and coordinating with first responders as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
