As a Security Officer - Residential Front Lobby in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. You will monitor entry points, respond to inquiries, and help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a professional presence. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
  • Monitor access to the residential location by verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering the premises.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of activities, incidents, and/or visitors as required by site procedures.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and property management regarding security-related matters.
  • Assist in helping to deter unauthorized individuals from entering the premises by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk.
  • Support emergency response activities as directed, coordinating with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
