As a Security Guard - Media Studio Patrol in Republic, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology-focused location, you will monitor and patrol assigned premises, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide an approachable presence for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor access points and observe for any suspicious behavior or potential hazards within the tech and media environment.
• Document and report any incidents, irregularities, or unusual circumstances according to Allied Universal and client procedures.
• Collaborate with on-site personnel and law enforcement as required in response to incidents or emergencies.
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain awareness of site-specific protocols relevant to a tech, media, and telecom environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
