What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft attempts, or unusual occurrences, according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate with site personnel and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance as needed.
• Document all activities, observations, and incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies.
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings to help to deter unwanted or criminal activity within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Transportation Security Administration issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
