What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Assist in helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence at access points.
• Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and offering assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors as they enter or exit the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Document and report any unusual or security-related incidents that occur at access points.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or emergency responders as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
