As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while staying highly visible. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual occurrences to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Complete detailed and accurate written reports documenting incidents, observations, and/or activities during the shift.
• Assist with access control by verifying identification and/or credentials as needed.
• Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while performing patrols and other assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• It is preferred that applicants are comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
