As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Team Lead in Clinton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior within the food and beverage environment.
• Document incidents and observations according to site protocols, maintaining accurate records for Allied Universal and the client.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders as required.
• Support site-specific security-related operations in alignment with the unique needs of a food and beverage facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
