What You'll Do:

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in accordance with Allied Universal standards while providing customer service to clients and visitors.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Monitor for unusual conditions or activities and report findings promptly to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain high visibility throughout assigned areas to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to personnel and visitors.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders as required during incidents or drills.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to security-related emergencies, following established protocols and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Hold an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
