What You'll Do:

• Perform screening procedures for personnel, packages, and/or vehicles entering the logistics and distribution location, following site-specific protocols.
• Provide customer service by addressing questions and assisting visitors, employees, and delivery personnel while maintaining security-related protocols.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and report suspicious activities or individuals to the appropriate authorities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of screening activities, incidents, and observations as required by site policies.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and client representatives to support security-related operations within the logistics and distribution environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
