As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other areas of the location to help to deter unauthorized access and to observe for unusual activity.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or law enforcement as required during incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records and/or reports regarding patrols, incidents, and observations.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to any security-related situation that may arise within the financial institution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military roles is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
