What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Provide customer service to clients and guests by addressing inquiries and offering assistance as needed while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the food and beverage environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any security-related concerns.
• Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or breaches of procedures according to Allied Universal and client guidelines.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations or other site-specific protocols.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel to maintain a professional presence and contribute to a secure environment tailored to the needs of the food and beverage industry.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
