What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor communication and dispatch systems to coordinate security-related activities within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Receive and respond to calls for assistance, dispatching security personnel as needed to various areas of the facility.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of incidents, communications, and security-related activities.
• Collaborate with on-site security personnel to help to deter unauthorized access and respond to potential threats or emergencies.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating appropriate responses as required.
• Support regular and random patrols by tracking and directing personnel to designated areas around the business and perimeter.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
