As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Access Gate in El Paso, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, taking appropriate action as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site procedures.
• Maintain communication with Allied Universal management and site leadership regarding security-related matters and site conditions.
• Assist with the enforcement of company policies and procedures within the location, supporting a secure environment for all personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
