As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a retail environment, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a welcoming environment for customers and staff.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues within the location to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and helping to enforce location policies as needed.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and location management to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.
• Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken during the shift according to Allied Universal and location protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
