As a Security Officer - Tech Campus Rounds in Richmond, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious activity in accordance with site protocols.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
