As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Unarmed in Swedesboro, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual occurrences during patrols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns specific to the manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Assist with access control procedures, including verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points at the location.
• Complete required reports and documentation regarding incidents, patrols, and other activities as directed by Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR or first aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
