As a Security Officer - Residential Site Patrol - Full Time in South San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the location, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with those you encounter. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, maintenance issues, or hazards encountered during patrols.
• Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel to support security-related operations at the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
