As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns or incidents according to established protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats specific to financial institution environments.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and authorizing entry to restricted areas as required.
• Support Allied Universal management and client representatives in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
