As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Commercial in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial real estate property, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access as part of routine patrol duties.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site procedures.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergencies by following site-specific protocols and providing assistance as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
