What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the retail location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas to help to deter theft and unauthorized access.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or incidents to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors with inquiries and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and/or the client.
• Participate in training sessions and maintain awareness of site-specific procedures and policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
